Refund policy

We hope you love your Ameri-Vita products, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

🔄 14-Day Return Window

You can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they are:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In original condition and packaging

Please contact us at support@amerivita.co.uk before returning any items. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You’ll receive confirmation via email.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns of opened or used consumable products (e.g. supplements, drinks, vitamins).

📬 Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering the return postage costs unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
